FramePoint Sourcing terms of service

These terms cover use of the FramePoint Sourcing inquiry pages. They are a notice about the sourcing desk. They are not a construction contract, a dealer agreement or a warranty for a building.

Role of the desk

FramePoint Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner. It helps a business buyer describe modular, portable or related steel-building alternatives and organize factory quotations. It does not claim authorized dealer status. It does not claim to manufacture, stock or deliver the brand a visitor may have searched.

What a submission is

A form submission asks for sourcing support. It does not reserve a module, create a purchase order or start a permit. Quotations, lead times and prices come from the suppliers who answer, and they remain subject to the scope those suppliers write. Shell, delivered, installed and turnkey offers are different commercial documents.

Buyer responsibilities

The buyer supplies use, dimensions, jurisdiction, quantity and destination to the extent known, and marks unknowns as unknown. Code compliance, structural acceptance and contract signature stay with the buyer and the project professionals. Standards named on this website, including IBC, ASCE 7, AISC 360 and AWS D1.1, are items to request. They are not credentials of this desk.

Limits

No lowest price, fixed savings or inventory position is stated. Optional budget and supplier-preference fields express the buyer trade-off. They are not a verified rating. Eligibility language for sourcing support, where shown, applies to qualified business buyers and is confirmed after product, quantity, destination and sourcing requirements are reviewed. It is not an automatic reduction.

Pages and content

Notes and guides are checklists. They may be updated without turning an old note into a current specification. Internal links point at this desk. They do not transfer another company certifications or project claims.
