Triumph modular home alternatives compared by form and size
FramePoint Sourcing lists buyer-defined alternatives here. A triumph modular home search does not make this page a home builder or a dealer. Pick a card to open the inquiry, then state footprint, height and quantity.

Material, form and the units that keep quotes apart
A volumetric module arrives as a finished room box. A panelized floor and wall set arrives flat and is assembled on the foundation interface. Cold-formed steel framing and hot-rolled steel floor members can appear in either form. Ask which members are proposed, and ask for the steel grade and coating rather than accepting a family name.
Distinguish options with module dimensions in feet or meters, eave height, bay spacing when a frame is involved, and quantity in modules or buildings. A square-foot total without the module count hides how many boxes must be transported. Destination is a US ZIP code plus any gate, bridge or crane limit.
A triumph modular company reference identifies the brand a buyer started from. FramePoint Sourcing compares independent alternatives; it does not supply that company’s original products. Ask every alternative quotation to name its actual manufacturer and proposed system, then compare the scope against the reference requirement.
Thermal transmittance or an R-value, and the fire-resistance rating of a corridor or party wall, change both the wall build-up and the price. Write them as targets to confirm. A missing figure stays open. It is not filled with a catalog default.
Four commercial boundaries stay visible: shell, delivered to site, installed on a buyer foundation, and turnkey including local trades. Freight, duties and taxes are separate lines. A lower unit price on a shell is not a completed building cost. Read how sourcing works or send the brief.
