FramePoint Sourcing notes on alternative building briefs
These notes help a buyer turn a brand search into specification and scope checks. They are checklists. They are not inventory, not a factory endorsement, and not a price list. FramePoint Sourcing remains an independent sourcing partner when it publishes a note.

A note can mention module dimensions, design wind speed, ground snow load or a scope word such as shell or turnkey. Those words are prompts for the project brief. They are not measurements taken by this desk. Dates on a note are publication dates, not lead times.
When two replies arrive, line them up on configuration first. Then compare freight, the foundation interface and who owns the crane lift plan. A missing exclusion is a scope gap. It is not a bargain. Optional budget language still needs a currency and a per-module or whole-order basis when it moves into the form.
Continue from a note to the inquiry options or the requirement form. The note does not reserve a module and does not confirm a code path. IBC, IRC and HUD Code stay distinct until the project jurisdiction is written down.
