FramePoint Sourcing privacy policy
This policy describes how FramePoint Sourcing handles business details typed into an inquiry. It is not a promise that a building will be sourced, and it does not describe a factory customer database this desk does not operate.
What the form collects
The form asks for a name, a work email, an optional phone, a company and a procurement requirement. Optional budget text and a supplier preference may be added to that requirement when the browser submits the form. Drawings are not uploaded through this form. If drawings are needed later, the buyer sends them by a method agreed after the first message.
Why it is used
The details are used to understand the building use, quantity, destination and scope, and to ask manufacturers of alternative products for quotations. They are not used to present FramePoint Sourcing as the brand the visitor searched, and they are not sold as a marketing list in this description.
What is not verified here
A submitted load, code edition or address is the buyer statement. This desk does not silently correct it into a certified site report. A missing field stays missing until the buyer or a supplier fills it.
Retention and contact
Inquiry text is kept long enough to compare replies and answer the buyer. There is no published street address for privacy requests. A follow-up uses the work email the buyer already provided on the form. Questions about a specific submission can be repeated through the contact page with the same project facts.
