Written brief

Contact FramePoint Sourcing about a building brief

The conversation starts on this page. There is no published street address and no public telephone number for this desk. The illustration is a working table, not a map pin and not a Littleton office.

Channel

Use the form on this page. A buyer company name and a work email are how a reply can be addressed. Do not send drawings to a guessed street.

What you type

Your own phone, if you want a call, goes in the form. This desk does not list a switchboard. Include use, module dimensions, jurisdiction, quantity and destination.

Reading order

Reply timing is confirmed during follow-up after the brief is reviewed. A form submission is a request for quotation support, not a completed order.

Three groups inside one form

  1. Step 1. Who is asking. Name, work email, phone and company.
  2. Step 2. Optional preferences. Budget amount or range, currency, per-unit or whole-order basis, and premium, mid-range, budget-friendly or undecided.
  3. Step 3. The building facts. Use, dimensions, loads, jurisdiction, quantity, destination and scope word in the requirement field. Review the summary, then submit once.

FramePoint Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner. The form compares alternative products. It does not claim authorized dealer status. Shell, delivered, installed and turnkey remain different prices. If JavaScript is unavailable, write the budget and the preference in the requirement box itself.

After a brief arrives, the desk reads the use, the module dimensions, the code jurisdiction, the quantity and the destination before any factory is asked for a number. A missing ground snow load or seismic design category stays marked unknown. It is not replaced with a national default. Wind speed and wind exposure category are copied from the buyer note into the request so two replies share one design basis. A 115 mph wind speed, exposure C, and a 25 psf ground snow load are examples of figures the buyer may already have from the project engineer.

Drawings are not uploaded on this form. If a floor plan or a crane lift plan is needed, it is exchanged after the first message, tied to the quoted configuration. Foundation interface, actual loaded transport dimensions and who supplies the set crew belong in the requirement text when known. Eave height, bay spacing and clear span are added when the alternative is a rigid frame rather than a room module. A budget line, when used, states USD and whether the figure is per module or for the whole order. Premium, mid-range, budget-friendly or undecided remains a buyer preference, not a grade this desk has audited. An R-19 insulation target and a 1-hour fire-resistance rating are written only when the project actually needs them.
